Prefabricated Modular tall walls can be delivereed as a single span panel or they can be stacked like those shown in this photo.  The choice between the two is typically based upon the site conditions. Stacked panels are the preferred design for installations where space is limited.  Because the panels are shipped in shorter sections they can be more easily moved from the dock to the area of construction.  Single span panels are typically reserved for applications where this is more space.

This particular prefabricated wall application included panels with a painted steel finish for enhanced durability in this harsh plant environment.  This painted steel surface is laminated to a 1/2" vinyl covered drywall substrate with a solid polystyrene insulating core.  This combination of laminated materials creates a composite wall panel that is highly impact resistant with excellent sound attenuating qualities.
 Our Tall Wall Systems can extend to your existing ceiling or be free standing with a load bearing deck. The aluminum stud construction is ideal for use in controlled environments where cleanliness is a very high priority like paint and powder coating enclosures and cleanrooms.
